Alejandro Jimenez

| Mr.Jimenez started his career in 1973 at The
Coca-Cola Company and he held various top management
positions since 1981; as Region Director-Central
America, Region Director-Caribbean, Vice President
and Director of Marketing Operations-Latin America
at The Coca-Cola Company. In 1991 and 1994, he became
President, CEO of Panamco Mexico and President,
COO and Member of the Board of Directors at PANAMCO,
the largest Coca-Cola bottler in Latin America,
respectively. Since 2001, he was working as a Partner
and Managing Director of DINESA Company, which is
focused on consumer good products in Mexico. Mr.
Jimenez holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering
from University of Texas. He also attended numerous
trainings on management, finance and marketing impartad
by The Coca-Cola Company, affiliated consultants
and the Harvard School of Business. |

Serdar Bölükbaşı

| Mr. Bölükbaşı began his career in Efes Beverage
Group in 1984 as Budgeting and Finance Specialist.
Then, he worked as Project Development Manager in
1990, Efes Beverage Group Marketing Coordinator
from 1994 to 1998, General Manager of Efes Pazarlama
from 1998 to 1999, General Director of Turkey Beer
Division from 1999 to 2005 and Russia & CIS Countries
COO from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Bölükbaşı has been working
as International Beer Operations COO effective October
1st, 2007. Mr. Bölükbaşı has a Bachelor of Science
degree in Economics from Middle East Technical University.
He has also completed the professional management
program at the Ohio State University. |

Semih Mavis
Chief Operating Officer - Turkey Beer Operations

| Mr. Maviş started his career at the Efes Beer
Group in 1984 as Foreign Trade Coordinator. He became
Marketing Manager of Istanbul Brewery in 1987 and
he was appointed as Deputy General Manager of İzmir
Brewery in 1993. Following there roles with increasing
responsibility; Mr. Maviş was appointed as General
manager of Adana Brewery in 1994 and İzmir Brewery
in 1996 respectively. Between 1999 and 2005 he was the General
Manager of Moscow Efes Brewery. He served as the CEO of Efes
Breweries International in 2005. Mr. Maviş is a graduate of Middle East Technical
University, Business Administration Department.
He holds an MBA degree from Texas A&M University. |
Michael A. O'Neill
Efes Soft Drinks Group President

| Mr. O'Neill, joined the Efes Beverage Group (Anadolu
Efes) in 2001. He serves as the Efes Soft Drinks
Group President since May 2005 and also is a member
of the Board of Directors of a number of Efes Beverage
Group companies, the Council for Trade and Economic
Cooperation (Russia - U.S.A.) and Joint Stock Company
Wimm-Bill-Dann, where he is Chairman of the investment
and strategic planning committee. Until his retirement
in 2000, Mr. O'Neill held various positions in The
Coca-Cola Company ("TCCC") including president
of the Nordic and Northern Eurasian Division, member
of TCCC's European Management Board and manager
of the Eurasia Region. In 1975 Mr. O'Neill became
a member of Ireland's Foreign Trade Service, occupying
a number of senior positions until 1989 when he
joined TCCC. Currently Mr. O'Neill is a consultant
to TCCC and a leading member of the Foreign Investment
Advisory Council to the Russian Government. Mr.
O'Neill (Irish Citizen) has a degree in Industrial
Engineering from Rathmines College Dublin Ireland. |
Ronald W. Jones
Chief Operating Officer - Turkey and Middle
East Soft Drink Operations

| Ronald W. Jones joined the Coca-Cola system in
1980 as Vice President/Chief Operating Officer in
Coca-Cola Bottling Co. of the Peninsula. Mr. Jones
has been responsible for various operations within
the Coca-Cola system including serving as President
and CEO of Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Louisiana.
Between 1998 and 2001, he served as President and
Chief Operating Officer of Efes Invest Holding Company,
a Coca-Cola bottling franchisee and a subsidiary
of Anadolu Group. Mr. Jones is the Managing Director
of Coca-Cola İçecek since November 2001 and has
been serving as a member of our Board of Directors.
Mr. Jones holds a B.S. In general business from
New York State University and received his Ph.D.
in human letters from the University of New Orleans. |

Christopher W. J.
Gaunt
Chief Operating Officer - Central Asia Soft
Drink Operations

| Christopher W. J. Gaunt joined Efes Beverage Group
in 2000 as the Consultant General Manager of Bulgaria
operations. In 2001 he began serving as Consultant
in Efes Beverage Group's Soft Drinks Operations
(Efes Invest). In October 2001 he was appointed
as the President of Efes Invest. Starting his career
in the Wine and Spirit Division of the Whitbread
Brewery Group in 1973; Mr. Gaunt continued his career
in the UK Beverage Industry, progressing to senior
management positions with H.P. Bulmer and Allied
Domecq. Before joining the Efes Beverage Group Mr.
Gaunt served for one year as Executive Director
of Panonska Pivovara Croatia (Carlsberg International)
and General Director of Coca-Cola Bottlers Uzbekistan
from 1996 to 1999. Mr. Gaunt has a degree in History
from Leeds University. |
M. Hurşit Zorlu
Chief Financial Officer & Investor Relations Director |

| Mr. Zorlu began his career in Efes Beverage Group
in 1984 as a Marketing Specialist. Between 1988
and 2000 he served as Assistant Marketing Manager,
Assistant Project Development Manager, Project Development
Manager, and Business Development & Investor
Relations Director. He was appointed as Chief Financial
Officer & Investor Relations Director in December
2000. Before joining EBG, he worked for Toz Metal
and Turkish Airlines. Mr. Zorlu has a Bachelor of
Science degree in Economics from Istanbul University. |
Can Çaka
Strategy, Business and Market Development Director |

Mr. Çaka joined Efes Beverage Group in 1997. Between
1997 and 2005, he served in a number of positions,
including; Strategy & Business Development Manager,
Finance and Administration Manager - Efes Ukraine
Brewery, and Finance Specialist - International Beer
Operations. Before joining the Group, Mr. Çaka had
worked for Texas Instruments Sofware Ltd, UK, as a
business analyst and system engineer.
Mr. Çaka has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electric
and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical
University and further achieved Master of Business
Administration degree again from Middle East Technical
University. He is currently enrolled to the post graduate
study at Yeditepe Law Faculty. |
Tulu Özütürk
Human Resources Director |

Mr. Tulu Özütürk, born in 1966, is a graduate of the İstanbul
University Faculty of Business Administration. He completed his post-graduate studies at
National University (USA). Mr. Özütürk's professional experience includes a Systems Analyst
position at Dostel A.Ş. (1989-1992), assistance to the Deputy General Manager at Sperry Van
Ness (California) (1995-1996), before joining Anadolu Endüstri Holding (AEH) in 1997 as Assistant
Specialist at the Human Resources Division, where he has served since that date at increasing
capacities. Between 2001and 2006, Mr. Özütürk has worked as the Associate Director of AEH's
Human Resources and Industrial Relations Group. He currently serves as the Human Resources
Director od Efes Beverage Group |
Thomas Schwind
Technical Director |

| Mr. Schwind joined Efes Beverage Group in 2001.
He served as the Group Quality Manager 2001-02.
From 2003 onwards the brewing - technology and licensees was added
to his responsibility. He started his career in Einbecker
Brewery - Einbeck/Germany in 1990, Mr. Schwind served as
Quality Control and Production Manager until 1995.
He continued his career in Boon Rawd Brewery - Bangkok/Thailand until
2001 as Production Manager in Bangkok and as a Technology Manager
responsible for the whole group. He set up one brewery in Germany,
one joint venture in China and as a technical consultant working in
Myanmar. He has a degree in Brewing Engineering from Munich Technical
University. During his study Mr. Schwind worked in England and
Switzerland. He joined the General
Management Program in the IECD - Bled Management School/Slovenia. |
Altuğ Aksoy
Logistics and Purchasing Director

Mr. Aksoy has began his career in Anadolu Endüstri
Holding in 1996 as a Financial Analyst. He worked
as Human Resources Specialist and Treasury Specialist
between 1998 to 2000. After working as the Sales and
Marketing Director of Efes Invest, he was appointed
as the Trade and Export Director of EBG in January
2003 and conducted this position until July 2006. Mr. Aksoy has a Bachelor of Science degree in
Economics from Oglethorpe University-USA |
Yüksel Gökbulut
Commercial Director

| Before joining the Efes Beverage Group, Mr. Gökbulut,
worked as Sales Development and Auditing Inspector in Hürriyet Holding.
He began his career in Efes Beverage Group in 1990 as a Marketing Specialist.
Between 1994 - 1996 he worked as Marketing Research Chief,
between 1996-1997 as Asistant to Sales Manager of Ege Biracılık.
Then, he served as Marketing Manager in Efes Eastern Europe Division and
Marketing Director in Turkey Beer Division until 2006.
He has been appointed as Sales Director in Efes Beer Group as of September 1st 2006.
Mr. Gökbulut has a degree of Journalism and Public Relations from Marmara University. |
