Mr. Tuncay Özilhan (Chairman)
Mr. Özilhan, born in 1947, graduated from the Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics and received his MBA degree from Long Island University in the United States. He has assumed such responsibilities as General Director of Erciyas Biracılık (brewery), General Coordinator of the Anadolu Endüstri Holding Beer Group, and General Coordinator of the Anadolu Endüstri Holding. Mr. Tuncay Özilhan was appointed CEO of the Anadolu Group in 1984 and continues in this position today. Mr. Özilhan also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Efes Pazarlama, Tarbes, Efes Invest, CCI, Alternatifbank, Anadolu Cetelem, Adel Kalemcilik and Ülkü Kırtasiye. Besides Honorary Consul of the Republic of Estonia, Mr. Özilhan served as the President of TÜSIAD (Turkish Industrial and Businessmen's Association) for three years between 2001 and 2003, and also is the President of the Efes Pilsen Sports Club.

Mr. İbrahim Yazıcı (Vice Chairman)
Mr. Ibrahim Yazıcı, born in 1948, has graduated from Bursa Iktisadi ve Ticari Ilimler Akademisi in 1975. Between 1976 and 1979 he did postgraduate studies in USA and received his MBA degree from the Atlanta University. He has held various positions in Anadolu Group companies since 1982. In addition to memberships in Board of Directors of Yazıcılar Holding and Anadolu Endüstri Holding as well as various Anadolu Group companies including Efes Invest and Anadolu Cetelem. Mr. Yazıcı also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Efes Tur.

Mr. Süleyman Vehbi Yazıcı
Born in 1947, Mr. Vehbi Yazıcı has worked as the General Manager of Çelik Motor A.Ş. between 1975-1977 and has held various positions in many foundations, including Anadolu Eğitim ve Sosyal Yardım Vakfı, Türk Kalp Vakfı, Göz Nurunu Koruma Vakfı, Doğal Hayatı Koruma Vakfı. Since 1975 Mr. Yazıcı has been a Board member of various Anadolu Group companies. Mr. Yazıcı has a degree in Economics.

Mrs. Tülay Aksoy
Mrs. Tulay Aksoy, born in 1951, graduated from Erenköy Kız Lisesi in 1968. Since 1995 she served as the member of the Boards of Directors of Özilhan Sınai Yatırım and various Anadolu Group companies including Anadolu Isuzu, Çelik Motor, and Adel Kalemcilik. She is a member of various charity organizations in Turkey .

Mrs. Gülten Yazıcı
Mrs. Gülten Yazıcı, born in 1952, has graduated from Şişli Iktisadi ve Ticari Ilimler Akademisi in 1975. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Anadolu Endüstri Holding, Anadolu Isuzu and various other Anadolu Group Companies. She is also the vice charman of Teras Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş., producing biscuits and chocolate coated products.

Mrs. Hülya Elmalıoğlu
Mrs. Hülya Elmalıoğlu, born in 1962, has graduated from Özel Kadıköy Kız Koleji in 1979. During 1979 - 1980 she has received language training in USA. She started to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of Teras Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş. in 1997 and of Anadolu Endüstri holding A.Ş. in 1999. Mrs. Elmalıoğlu is also a member of the board of directors of Yazıcılar Holding.

Mr. Ali Şanal
Mr. Ali Şanal, born in 1934, has graduated from the Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics in 1958. During 1960 - 1969, he worked as a public auditor for Ministry of Finance. He joined Anadolu Endüstri Holding in 1970 and worked as a member of the top management in the finance department. He has retired from his CFO position at Anadolu Endüstri Holding in 1994. He is a member of the Board of Directors of various Anadolu Group companies and Yazıcılar Holding.

Mr. Engin Akçakoca
Mr. Engin Akçakoca, born in 1951, is a graduate of the Middle East Technical University and holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration. In a banking career which began in 1974, Mr. Akçakoca has worked for T. İş Bankası, Citibank N.A., American Express Bank Ltd., T. İthalat İhracat Bankası A.Ş., before he assumed the responsibility of Assistant General Manager of Koç-Amerikan Bank A.Ş. from 1986 to 1991. From 1991 through 2000, Mr. Akçakoca served as the General Manager/CEO of Koçbank A.Ş., one of the main commercial banks in Turkey. In 2001, he was appointed by the decree of the Council of Ministers as the Chairman and CEO of the Savings Deposits Insurance Fund (SDIF) at a time of the biggest financial crisis of the Republic of Turkey. As the Chairman and CEO of the SDIF reporting to the Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Akçakoca was responsible for a comprehensive "Banking Sector Restructuring Program" that was put in place in 2001 in order to strengthen the financial structure and profitability performance of the Turkish banking sector. Since 2004, Mr. Akçakoca has been providing consultancy services through KAB Consulting to real sector companies on financial restructuring, and recently joined the Board of Directors of Anadolu Efes.

Dr Yılmaz Argüden
Mr. Argüden has a B. S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi Üniversitesi and received his PhD. in policy analysis from the RAND Graduate Institute with General Distinction. Mr. Argüden started his career at the R&D Center of Koç Group (1978 - 1980). He worked at the RAND Corporation as a Policy Analyst (1980 - 1985). Later he joined World Bank as a Senior Officer (1985 - 1988). Upon the Government's invitation, he returned to Turkey where he led the Privatization Program (1988-1990). He also served as the Chief Economic Advisor to the Prime Minister (1991) and as member of the Board of Directors of various companies including Erdemir where he served as the Chairman between 1997 and 1999. Mr. Argüden is the Chairman of ARGE, a management consulting firm known for value creating strategies and institution building.

Mr. Cem Kozlu
Dr. Kozlu, born in 1946, has been holding various positions in The Coca-Cola Company since 1996. He joined the company as Managing Director, Turkey, Caucasus and Central Asian Republics Operations, based in Istanbul. In 2000, Mr. Kozlu moved to Vienna to become President of The Company's Central Europe & Eurasia Group. His responsibilities were expanded to include the Middle East in March 2001 through 2006. Since then, Mr. Kozlu has been serving as Consultant to Coca-Cola Eurasia Group. Before joining The Coca-Cola Company, Dr. Kozlu served as a Member of Parliament in the Turkish Grand National Assembly (1991-1995) and headed Turkish Airlines as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (1988-1991) and as Chairman (1997-2003). Dr. Kozlu holds a B.A. from Denison University, an MBA from Stanford University, a Ph.D in Administrative Sciences from the Bosphorus University, as well as an honorary doctorate from Denison University. Dr. Kozlu is currently a board member of Hurriyet Gazetecilik ve Matbaacılık AS, Evyap Holding AS, Coca-Cola Icecek AS, Multon Juice Co., Moscow; The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Saudi Arabia, International Airlines Training Fund (IATF),Switzerland; TAV Airports Holding Co., DEIK (Foreign Economic Relations Board) and a member of the Board of Trustees of Sabancı University .
